Women's Law Caucus supports domestic violence programs
The Women's Law Caucus at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law raised more than $9,000 at its annual charity auction last week for two local domestic violence programs. Both Middle Way House of Bloomington, Ind., and the school's Protective Order Project will use the proceeds to continue providing services to local victims of domestic abuse.
A string of first-place wins for IU student guitarist
Classical guitarist Nemanja Ostojic, a master's student at Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music, won first place in the prestigious Southwest Guitar Festival in San Antonio Sunday (Feb. 8). The win marks Ostojic's fourth first-place international competition finish since he began studying at the Jacobs School last year.
